Building on the initial run of the program, DC Power-Up 2.0 welcomed a cohort of 27 students, doubling participation from the first intake while maintaining a focused learning environment aligned with industry standards. The three-day intensive program provided participants with complimentary access to the Data Centre Foundation Certificate (DCFC), a globally recognized certification that equips participants with foundational knowledge of data center operations and infrastructure. The program has also received international recognition, with DC Power-Up nominated for the DCD Holdings Workforce Initiative of the Year Award. Across both runs of the program to date, all participants have successfully passed the DCFC certification exam. Building a broader talent pipelineBeyond technical training, DC Power-Up 2.0 supports STT GDC Philippines’ broader commitment to workforce development.
