She is responsible for the overall business in Thailand to strengthen STT GDC’s market presence, partnerships with key clients, and deliver customer value and growth for our local data centre business. Budsarin has over 20 years of proven track record of success, with an extensive experience in commercial management, investment, operations, and strategic planning within the data centre sector. Before joining STT GDC Thailand, she spent 20 years with TCC Technology. She co-founded the data centre business, SAP managed hosting business for TCC Group, connectivity business (setup internet gateway and metro area network connecting TCC group’s property), and was part of the committee to set up the procurement system for TCC Group. Her last position is General Manager of TCC Technology. Budsarin holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Baltimore, USA and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Finance from Thammasat University. Raktapa also serves as the Chief Council Strategy at the Thai Data Centre Association (TDCA), leading initiatives to advance Thailand's data centre landscape. At STT GDC Thailand, she has held roles such as Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning and Business Development and Vice President of Marketing, significantly enhancing the company’s market presence and brand recognition. Her career includes notable positions at True IDC as Head of Marketing and Business Development for Cloud and Colocation Services, and at MFEC Public Company Limited as Channel Partner and Business Development Manager. She excelled in product development and strategic marketing at True Corporation and Samart Corporation, achieving remarkable revenue growth and market penetration. With over 30 years of experience in the IT infrastructure sector, he has held top-level management positions at multinational corporations including Thomson Reuters and True Internet Data Centre. Paiboon is committed to excellence in data centre design, construction, and operations. His leadership in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles ensures the company’s project management and operations align with industry demands and sustainability priorities. He holds a Master of Science in Computer & Engineering Management from Assumption University and several industry certifications, including Tier Designer and Operations Specialist from the Uptime Institute and Certified Data Centre Facilities Operations Manager from EPI, and is recognized for his Project Management Experience with ITIL & PMP Certification. Tiwa Petcharat Executive Vice President - Operations and Technical Account Management Tiwa Petcharat Executive Vice President - Operations and Technical Account Management Tiwa Petcharat serves as the Executive Vice President of Operations and Technical Account Management at ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (Thailand). With 20 years of experience in facility management, construction, and data centre environmental management, Tiwa is responsible for data centre operations, IT, help desk, and technical account management. He has implemented cost control measures to ensure operations remain within company targets and has succeeded in staff management, environmental, and inventory management initiatives. Tiwa holds a Master’s degree in Information System Management from the National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA) and a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering from King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL). He is a Certified Data Centre Expert (CDCE) and an Accredited Tier Designer. With a decade of experience in financial software service and management, coupled with another ten years in IT infrastructure and network support, Chusak is well-prepared for his role. At True Corporation PLC, he led the ICT solutions team for enterprise customers and advanced to head True Online Fixed Broadband Service and Product Management. In 2021, he became General Manager and Board Member at KSC Commercial Internet & Biz Solutions. He has been responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, growth and development of the STT GDC group since its inception in 2014. He concurrently serves as Deputy Chief Executive Officer at ST Telemedia (STT). Under his leadership, STT GDC has become one of the fastest-growing data centre providers across Asia and Europe. The company has built a substantial portfolio of integrated data centres across a global platform, serving all the major cloud service providers and enterprises in Singapore, India, Thailand, South Korea, Indonesia, Japan, the Philippines, Malaysia and Vietnam; and through VIRTUS Data Centres in the UK and Germany. Bruno oversees the strategic and operational priorities of these companies in various jurisdictions, serving our global customers. His leadership has been instrumental in steering the company to market leadership positions in key economies, establishing STT GDC as a prominent player in the global data centre industry. An industry veteran with over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications and data centre industry, Bruno was recently awarded The Tech Capital’s 2024 Global Digital Infrastructure Leader Award recognising his dedication, expertise, and innovation in shaping the future of digital infrastructure and technology. Bruno’s track record includes founding roles as the CEO and Executive Director of Keppel Data Centres where he played a key role in building up the company's growth and expansion across Asia and Europe. He also established the Securus Data Property Fund, an investment fund focused on data centre assets in the Asia-Pacific region, Europe, and the Middle East, which later merged with Keppel Data Centres' assets during the company's SGX REIT listing. Bruno holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honours from the National University of Singapore and a Master’s degree from Rutgers University, USA. Jonathan King Group Chief Strategy and Investment Officer Jonathan King Group Chief Strategy and Investment Officer Jonathan King is Group Chief Strategy and Investment Officer of ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC). In this role, he is responsible for leading the growth of STT GDC into new regions in addition to managing the existing portfolio of investments. Since joining STT GDC, Jonathan has been leading the establishment and expansion of STT GDC’s high quality platforms across 11 geographies with significant presence in Asia and Europe. Prior to joining STT GDC, Jonathan was instrumental in the formation and operation of Securus Data Property Fund (Securus) where he was co-CEO. Securus was an investment fund that developed a portfolio of high quality data centres across Asia Pacific and Europe. This business has since been listed on the SGX as Keppel DC REIT (SGX: KDCREIT). Prior to this, Jonathan was an Associate Director at Macquarie Bank focused on real estate investment banking. Jonathan has over 25 years of global investment experience in the data centre, finance, real estate and engineering industries. In the data centre space, he has led over US$3.0bn of transactions since 2011. Jonathan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Honours) from the University of Sydney, Australia and a Graduate Diploma of Finance and Investment from Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA). He is also a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). Loo Choo Leong Director Loo Choo Leong Director Choo Leong has Group responsibility over Frasers Property’s Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Taxation, Strategic Investments and Investor Relations functions. He collaborates with the senior management team on the Group’s strategic initiatives and leads the Group’s framework and initiatives to drive effective capital management. Choo Leong chairs the Finance Committees of Frasers Property Singapore and Frasers Hospitality. Prior to joining Frasers Property in March 2017, Choo Leong held senior leadership positions including Chief Financial Officer of Pacific Radiance Limited, and Group Head of Global Shared Services and Head of Regional Finance Office with the Sime Darby Group. He holds a Master of Business Administration (Distinction) from the University of Strathclyde, United Kingdom. He is a Fellow of the UK Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, and a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, Singapore Institute of Directors and Malaysian Institute of Accountants. Kosit Suksingha Director Kosit Suksingha Director Mr. Suksingha has been a transformative force at ThaiBev since joining the company in 2014. Under the strategic initiative ‘Vision 2020,’ he played a crucial role in overhauling the group’s supply chain management, advancing information technology, and championing sustainability efforts. His contributions were instrumental in ThaiBev’s inclusion in the DJSI’s emerging-market listing in 2016 and its recognition as the Beverage Industry Leader in the world-market listing by RobecoSAM in 2017. Over the years, Mr. Suksingha has held several key positions, including CEO of Beer Business Thailand in 2018, CEO of Non-Alcoholic Business Thailand in 2020, CEO of Non-Alcoholic Product Group in 2022, and, most recently, President and Chief Operating Officer Thailand on June 27, 2024. Prior to his tenure at ThaiBev, Mr. Suksingha spent 14 years with the TCC Group. He co-founded several advanced technology ventures, including Tier-3 data center facilities, metro area/IP transit networks, and an enterprise cloud computing platform. His last position at TCC Group was Senior Vice President of Technical Supply Chain at Berli Jucker Public Company Limited. In addition to his corporate roles, Mr. Suksingha serves as Vice Chairman of The Federation of Thai Industries (FTI).
