Executives Board of Directors Executives Executives Board of Directors LEADERSHIP Executives Bruno Lopez President & Group Chief Executive Officer Bruno Lopez President & Group Chief Executive Officer Bruno Lopez is President and Group Chief Executive Officer of ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC). He has been responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, growth and development of the STT GDC group since its inception in 2014. He concurrently serves as Deputy Chief Executive Officer at ST Telemedia (STT). Under his leadership, STT GDC has become one of the fastest-growing data centre providers across Asia and Europe. The company has built a substantial portfolio of integrated data centres across a global platform, serving all the major cloud service providers and enterprises in Singapore, India, Thailand, South Korea, Indonesia, Japan, the Philippines, Malaysia and Vietnam; and through VIRTUS Data Centres in the UK and Germany. Bruno oversees the strategic and operational priorities of these companies in various jurisdictions, serving our global customers. His leadership has been instrumental in steering the company to market leadership positions in key economies, establishing STT GDC as a prominent player in the global data centre industry. An industry veteran with over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications and data centre industry, Bruno was recently awarded The Tech Capital’s 2024 Global Digital Infrastructure Leader Award recognising his dedication, expertise, and innovation in shaping the future of digital infrastructure and technology. Bruno’s track record includes founding roles as the CEO and Executive Director of Keppel Data Centres where he played a key role in building up the company's growth and expansion across Asia and Europe. He also established the Securus Data Property Fund, an investment fund focused on data centre assets in the Asia-Pacific region, Europe, and the Middle East, which later merged with Keppel Data Centres' assets during the company's SGX REIT listing. Bruno holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honours from the National University of Singapore and a Master’s degree from Rutgers University, USA. Jonathan King Group Chief Operating Officer & Strategy Officer, STT GDC Jonathan King Group Chief Operating Officer & Strategy Officer, STT GDC Jonathan King is Group Chief Operating & Strategy Officer of ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC). In this role, he is responsible for leading the growth of STT GDC into new regions in addition to managing the existing portfolio of investments. Since joining STT GDC, Jonathan has been leading the establishment and expansion of STT GDC’s high quality platforms across 11 geographies with significant presence in Asia. Prior to joining STT GDC, Jonathan was instrumental in the formation and operation of Securus Data Property Fund (Securus) where he was co-CEO. Securus was an investment fund that developed a portfolio of high quality data centres across Asia Pacific and Europe. This business has since been listed on the SGX as Keppel DC REIT (SGX: KDCREIT). Prior to this, Jonathan was an Associate Director at Macquarie Bank focused on real estate investment banking. Jonathan has over 20 years of global investment experience in the data centre, finance, real estate and engineering industries. In the data centre space, he has led over US$3.0bn of transactions since 2011. Jonathan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Honours) from the University of Sydney, Australia and a Graduate Diploma of Finance and Investment from Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA). He is also a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). Nelson Lim Group Chief Financial Officer Nelson Lim Group Chief Financial Officer Nelson Lim is Group Chief Financial Officer of ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC). He is responsible for the overall financial planning and management of the STT GDC group. Prior to STT GDC, Nelson held various leadership roles in Dell at the country level (Singapore and USA), regional and global levels, where his last appointment was Finance Executive Director, Dell Global. During his 14 years with the company, Nelson oversaw financial controllership and investment strategy, as well as organisation restructuring and transformation. Prior to Dell, Nelson held financial and business leadership positions at Hewlett Packard and KPMG. Nelson is an Accountancy graduate from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore and a certified Chartered Accountant. Daniel Pointon Group Chief Technology Officer Daniel Pointon Group Chief Technology Officer Dan Pointon’s role as Group Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC) encompasses strategic leadership and oversight of the many technical aspects of our business including design, construction, operational excellence, safety, ESG and IT. Dan works closely with our partners and global platform companies to ensure we deliver consistency in our approach and technical excellence in all geographies. Dan also heads-up our technology leadership to ensure STT GDC is best position to innovate and respond to the global mega-trends such as Climate Change, Industry 4.0, Cloud Computing, Digital Transformation and Internet of Things (IoT). Dan’s career has included over 20 years in the engineering sector spanning Europe, Asia and Australia. He graduated from University of Adelaide in Australia, with a Bachelor of Engineering degree (with Honours) majoring in Electrical Engineering and Computer Systems. Prior to joining STT GDC, Dan was a Partner and Regional Director for consulting firm Hurley Palmer Flatt (now HDR) where he spent 13 years leading the firm’s delivery in the data centre sector. With a background and passion in data centre engineering, Dan brings a new level of technical expertise to the STT GDC global platform. Thomas Ee Group Chief Operating Officer Thomas Ee Group Chief Operating Officer As Group Chief Operating Officer, Thomas is responsible for helping drive the company’s strategic growth, optimising our operating capabilities and managing data centre assets across the Group. Additionally, he provides leadership oversight for the Northeast Asia markets. Thomas brings a wealth of experience, having previously worked in businesses managed by the Macquarie Asset Management group across various roles, including board directorships and senior management positions at telecommunications and data centre businesses operating in the Asia Pacific region. In Taiwan, Thomas served as the CEO of Taiwan Broadband Communications (which was listed in Singapore in 2013) and later assumed the role of Executive Chairman. During his tenure, he successfully transformed various lines of businesses and operations across different regions into an integrated enterprise. Thomas also spent a decade with Starhub starting in 1997, where he last held the position of Senior Vice President, Cable, Fixed & IP Services. Thomas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University. Chris Street Group Chief Revenue Officer Chris Street Group Chief Revenue Officer Chris Street is Group Chief Revenue Officer of ST Telemedia Global Data Centre (STT GDC). He is responsible for accelerating growth and creating new opportunities to strengthen the company’s go-to-market strategy, unify client facing aspects of the business and assume leadership of sales, marketing, revenue operations and enablement and client success globally. Chris’ extensive career spans over 25 years in digital infrastructure. He previously served as Group Chief Marketing Officer of STT GDC. His journey with the company began in 2016 as Group General Manager Singapore, overseeing key functions including sales, marketing, engineering, operations and IT. Prior to rejoining STT GDC, Chris was Managing Director and Head of Data Centers, Asia Pacific at JLL. Chris' career also includes notable positions at companies such as PDG, Amazon, Equinix, Switch & Data, AT&T and CERFnet reflecting his broad and deep expertise in the industry. Chris graduated from Baruch College with a Master of Business Administration and holds a Bachelor of General Studies in Political Science from Indiana University. He is currently enrolled in a Doctorate Business Administration focusing on Sustainability and Digital Infrastructure at the Singapore Management University. Lionel Yeo Chief Executive Officer, Southeast Asia CEO Lionel Yeo Chief Executive Officer, Southeast Asia CEO Lionel Yeo is Chief Executive Officer, Southeast Asia at ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC). He is responsible for leading and growing the company’s data centre business in current and new markets across Southeast Asia, as well as driving commercial strategy and product development within the region. This includes markets like Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Vietnam. Lionel also served as VP for Corporate Development and Investments where he was responsible for new market investments, operational setup, and strategy for the Group. Prior to that, he was General Manager for STT Singapore 5, following a joint venture deal where he led the operational transition of the data centre business. Lionel has held various leadership roles across investment, operations, asset management, product and strategy in the data centre industry. Prior to joining STT GDC, he was Vice President, Investments in Keppel where he led and managed the development of data centre assets across Singapore and Australia. Lionel holds an Executive MBA from UCLA-NUS and Bachelor of Accountancy with Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. Rebecca Ng Group Corporate Finance Officer Rebecca Ng Group Corporate Finance Officer Rebecca Ng serves as the Group Corporate Finance Officer at ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC). In this role, she oversees Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA), and Procurement across the STT GDC group. Previously, Rebecca held the position of Head of Investments, China, and New Markets, where she played an instrumental role in driving the group’s growth through investments in new markets and facilitating capital market events such as GDS’ listings on NASDAQ and HKSE. Rebecca has more than 18 years of experience in the data centre and real estate sectors. Earlier in her career, Rebecca held several roles at Keppel Data Centres and her last appointment was the Head of Portfolio Management for Keppel DC REIT Management. During her tenure with Keppel Data Centres, Rebecca was responsible for the acquisition and management of the data centre assets in Asia and Europe. Key achievements include the establishment of Securus Data Property Fund (Securus), a private equity fund focused on data centres in Europe and Asia as well as the successful IPO of the combined DC portfolio of Keppel Data Centres and Securus as Keppel DC REIT, the first data centre REIT listed in Asia. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Business (Honours) from the Nanyang Technological University with a specialisation in Banking and Finance and is a CFA® charterholder. Stephen Geoffrey Miller Director Stephen Geoffrey Miller Director Mr Stephen Geoffrey Miller serves as Non-Executive Director on the Board of ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC). He is also President & Group Chief Executive Officer of ST Telemedia and serves on its Board of Directors. Stephen has over 35 years of experience in the communications, media and technology sectors, particularly in the areas of investment, international operations, financial management, business development and strategic planning. He has worked at ST Telemedia for close to 20 years in various senior positions including President & Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and consultant to its portfolio companies. Prior to ST Telemedia, he spent over 14 years of his career in investment banking with Credit Suisse, primarily heading its telecommunications and media group throughout Asia and the Pacific. Stephen played a crucial role in steering ST Telemedia’s strategic direction into data centres and infrastructure technology since 2012 to capture new opportunities in the digital economy. Since assuming the role of President & Group CEO, he has led the continuous enhancement of ST Telemedia’s business capabilities and portfolio while instilling a shared culture to drive outcomes and strengthen resilience. Stephen is also a strong advocate of corporate sustainability. Under his leadership, ST Telemedia formalised its sustainability framework to align its operations and strategies with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. He currently holds leadership positions on a number of non-profit organisations’ sustainability bodies. Stephen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, with First Class Honours in Economics and Finance, from the University of New South Wales, Australia. Steven Terrell Clontz Director Steven Terrell Clontz Director Mr Steven Terrell (Terry) Clontz serves as Non-Executive Director on the Board of ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC). He is Senior Executive Vice President, International, at ST Telemedia. In this role, he is responsible for stewarding the company’s global investments. Mr Clontz is a well-regarded veteran in the telecommunications and media industry with over 43 years of extensive experience. He was CEO of StarHub for 11 years before retiring on 1 January 2010. During his tenure at the helm of StarHub, Mr Clontz led the company in a number of major milestones including the transformation of StarHub from being Singapore’s third mobile player in 2000 to a fully-integrated “quad-play” service provider; merging StarHub with the then Singapore Cable Vision in 2002; bringing StarHub public in 2004 on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange; and advancing StarHub’s market position to become Singapore’s second largest mobile operator in 2005. Mr Clontz started his career in USA. He was President and CEO of IPC Information Systems based in New York, and served in various roles in BellSouth International, including President of BellSouth International (Asia-Pacific). Mr Clontz holds a Bachelor of Science (Physics major) from the University of North Carolina, USA.
