Our larger Ambattur facility, the STT Chennai DC 2, is India’s largest data centre in the production environment, boasting a total power capacity of 45MW of IT load. Its 6-layered 24/7 security system provides high-level physical security to some of the world’s leading cloud players. A comprehensive CRAC cooling system with 2.7 million litres of water storage is employed to secure the data. Keeping with our promise of sustainability, over 60% of our Ambattur Data Centre Campus in Chennai is to be powered by via green power, including 250 KW through onsite solar power generation and balance through open access.
