As a Senior Manager, Finance (Digital Transformation), you will support the implementation of SAP Group Reporting and SAP Analytics Cloud for the Group, encompassing new markets and driving other related transformation change efforts including efficiency and effectiveness initiatives.

• Understand the design and solutioning of SAP Group Reporting (GR) and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) implementations in consolidation, planning and forecasting. 
• Active involvement in Pre-go-live and Post-go-live support as part of the internal COE team and working with outsourced vendor in respect of application maintenance service.
• Utilize a diverse range of analytical tools and methodologies to derive both quantitative and qualitative business insights aimed at enhancing decision-making processes.
• Build new reports and dashboards to support critical business requirements.
• Support project manager on GR and SAC implementation projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify and analyzing the areas of process improvement including stabilizing existing custom programs.
• Perform data collation for operational Issues as part of continuous improvement; work with business stakeholders and IT to resolve issues.
• Work closely with service provider to develop automated processes to drive efficiency and improve controls.
• Support the end-to-end integration with other functional modules, CRM, Ariba and operational systems.
• Actively participate in finance transformation initiatives.
• Any other tasks as assigned.

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information System or Business Administration/Finance.
• Minimum 8 - 10 years of relevant experience with 5-7 years in end-to-end system implementation, data visualization or business process improvement initiatives
• At least 1-2 SAP full life cycle implementations
• Experience in SAP S4 HANA, GR, SAC, Concur and Ariba would be preferred.
• SAP Certification in SAP S4 HANA, GR and SAC  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
• Critical thinker with creative problem-solving skills
• Strong technical understanding of data platforms, visualization tools and finance reporting.
• Strong written and communication skills, with the ability simplify complex ideas and translate user requirements into solutions
• Self-motivated and can deliver results and meet timelines with minimal direct supervision
